Right on the water’s edge in one of New Zealand’s most breathtaking destinations, you and your guests can celebrate surrounded by the sweeping beauty of the Bay of Islands. The peaceful ambience, ever-changing light on the inlet, and panoramic views create an unforgettable setting for both heartfelt moments and breathtaking photographs.
Our venue can comfortably cater for up to 160 guests. We offer a fully licensed bar, and our bistro can provide everything from canapés to a full carvery-style dinner for you and your guests, ensuring your celebration is as delicious as it is memorable.
Whether you dream of an intimate gathering with your closest loved ones or a lively reception filled with music and laughter, Opua Cruising Club’s iconic Bay of Islands setting invites you to create moments that will be treasured for a lifetime.
The fee to have exclusive use of the Opua Cruising Club for a wedding (usually from 9am until 12 midnight) throughout the year is:
• High season (1 November to 31 March) – $1,500
• Rest of the year – $1,000
